𝗔 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆!
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups baby spinach (fresh preferred but can use frozen)
1/2 cup Pepperoni
1/3 cup heavy cream or unsweetened plain almond milk
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
4 Tbsp unsalted butter dairy
1/2 small onion thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Pinch nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic and onion and cook until softened
Add in Spinach, and cook for about 3-4 mins
Add in heavy cream and cream cheese, and cook until spinach is wilted
Put in parmesan and a pinch of nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper to taste
Top with Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni
Bring down to low heat and let mozzarella melt and pepperoni cook
