Chicken Wings Made Simple!
INGREDIENTS:
2 lb chicken wings
1 tbsp gluten-free baking powder ( will help make wings crispy)
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the wings into a large bowl and toss them with the baking powder, black pepper, and sea salt.
Grease the air fryer basket or racks depending on the style of air fryer you have.
Put a single layer of wings in the basket or racks (You could have to make multiple batches)
Air Fry them for 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
Rotate the wings and then increase the temperature to 420 degrees.
Air fry for about 20 minutes until chicken wings are done and crispy.
