Easy Keto snacks for the family!
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp of unsalted butter
1/4 cup Almond slice
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup Monkfruit
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Maple Extract
a pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt Butter
Add Monkfruit, vanilla, and maple extract
Mix until Monkfruit dissolves
Add Almond slices and walnuts
Stir up for about 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat and spread it in a low parchment-lined dish
Freeze it for an hour or more
Place in Tupperware and store in fridge/ freezer
