Blueberry Muffins

INGREDIENTS:


* 2 1/2 cup Almond flour

* 1/2 cup Monk fruit - or your choice of sweetener

* 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

* 1/4 tsp Salt

* 1/3 cup butter melted

* 1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk

* 3 large Eggs

* 1/2 tsp vanilla

* 3/4 cup Blueberries


INSTRUCTIONS:


Don’t hate me - I throw it all in a bowl and mix it up and then fold in the blueberries ... bake at 400 for 10-12 min or until golden brown!!

The kids loves them!!!
