Everyone is loving Chaffles, so if you haven't had one yet, you should!
Chaffles
Ingredients:
2 large Eggs
2 oz. Cream Cheese
2-4 tsp. of Almond Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Add in some Cinnamon and Vanilla
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour the batter into a pre-heated, lightly greased waffle maker.
Bake until the desired doneness is achieved
Optional: Top with whipped cream and toasted nuts.

Peanut Butter Chaffle
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Mozzarella
1 TSP Vanilla
3 TSP Sweetener
2 TBSP Peanut Butter

1 TSP Baking Powder

6 Eggs
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 PKG Sugar from Jell-O-Mix
4 TBSP Coconut Flour
Let Sit for 5 Minutes Before cooking
Oreo Chaffle
2 TBSP Dark Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Sweetener
1/4 TBSP Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
1 Egg
1/2 TSP Vanilla
1 TBSP Heavy Area
McGriddle Chaffle
1 Egg
2 TBSP Cream Cheese
1 TSP Vanilla
2 TSP Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Mozzarella
Here are some extra fun ideas with toppings.
Berry Me
1/2 Cup Marsacapone.
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tsp MCT//143
1. Mix Together mascarpone, lemon zest, MCT//143, and vanilla extract
2. Spoon onto waffle and top with blueberries
Nuttin' Better
1/4 cup preferred nut butter.
1 tsp MCT//143
1/4 Sliced red AppleApple
1. Mix nut butter and MCT//143 together.
2. Spread mixture on to waffle, or microwave for 15 seconds and pour over top.
3. Top with Apple Slices.
