Keto-style cheeseburger hotdish!
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs ground beef
Garlic seasoning
1/2- 1 cup real bacon bits
6-7 eggs
1 small can of tomato sauce (6 oz)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown 2 lbs ground beef with garlic (you can add onions if you like)
Place browned beef into a pan
Add in 1/2- 1 cup bacon bits on top of the beef
In a separate bowl, mix the following ingredients:
6-7 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato sauce (6 oz)
Add a handful of shredded cheese into the mixture
Pour mixture over the meat and spread evenly
Bake at 350 degrees (approximately) for 35 mins or until the top is golden brown
Add more cheese on top when it's almost done baking, and after it's done baking
