A Simple Low Carb Snack Recipe!!!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups riced cauliflower (Microwaved for 30 seconds, squeezed, and dried with a paper towel)
1 cup crushed pork rinds
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup parmesan
2 eggs
Seasoning of choice:
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp of paprika and garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter
Shape batter into tots
Air fry for 10-15 mins @ 400F
Add in SF Ketchup for the dip
Yes, it's that simple
