A new recipe for you!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup Bacon, chopped
1/2 cup shredded chicken (rotisserie or cooked)
1/4 cup cheese
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 cup water or chicken broth
1 tsp coconut amino
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp minced garlic
Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt butter in medium heat
Once melted, add in garlic and bacon, cooked until brown
Add in chicken, cooked for 2 more minutes
Pour in water or chicken broth
Put in coconut amino and xanthan gum, pepper to taste, continue stirring until all is well incorporated
Add broccoli last and continue stirring (do not overcook)
Top with cheese and serve hot!
