Easy Keto salad for the family!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 avocado (cubed)
Iceberg Lettuce
Roasted green beans
Fresh greens (Iceberg Lettuce)
1 cup chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt
Parsley for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine the following ingredients and blend
(Blender)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 avocado (cubed)
2. Once creamy, add other ingredients
Remaining avocado
Roasted green beans
Fresh greens (Iceberg Lettuce)
1 cup chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt
Parsley for Garnish
3. Mix until well combined
4. Serve with lettuce wraps (low carb wraps, your choice)
5. Add Garnish with parsley or as desired
