This is a low-carb waffle recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 Tbs. Keto sweetener (MonkFruit)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. coconut flour
2 Tbs. Keto chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together and pour into greased waffle iron for 3-4 minutes.
While hot, spread with Peanut Butter, drizzle with Keto-approved syrup. (I like ChocZero) and top with whipped cream.
That easy!
