Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Who loves a good fat bomb? 💜 I often just pour and taste 🙈😜 ... here are my best estimations of the measurements!

INGREDIENTS:


Peanut Butter Layer

  • 3 tbsp 143 MCT oil or coconut oil melted

  • 6 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup confectioners Swerve or your choice of sugar replacement

Chocolate Layer

  • 4 tbsp 143 MCT oil or coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dark choc chips melted

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup Swerve or your choice of sugar replacement

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine and melt all ingredients for peanut butter

  2. Freeze until firm approx 15 min.

  3. Combine and melt all ingredients for chocolate!

  4. Scoop on top of Peanut butter and freeze

  5. Keep frozen until ready to eat

Easy as that!
