Cinnamon Kreme Latte

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Shake together all ingredients and pour over ice. Enjoy!

Foam Cold / Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups ground coffee

  • 6 cups water, filtered

  • Cheesecloth & Mesh Strainer

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ½ tsp granulated sugar substitute

  • Electric milk frother

To make Cold Brew:

  1. Mix together ground coffee and water in a large pitcher. 

  2. Refrigerate for 24 hours. 

  3. To filter, place cheesecloth over a strainer, over a large glass jar or resealable pitcher, and pour coffee through.

  4. To make Cold Foam:

  5. With electric milk frother or mixer, whip heavy cream and sugar substitute until thick yet pourable.

Coffee Granita

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups coffee, chilled

  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol

Instructions:

  1. Mix together coffee and powdered erythritol and pour into a container that will fit into your freezer. 

  2. Freeze until the mixture becomes icy on the edges.

  3. Using a fork, scrape and mash the icy edges and combine with the unfrozen liquid.

  4. Place back in the freezer and repeat up to 4 times, until the mixture is flaky - the granita is ready. 

  5. To serve, scoop granita into serving glasses.
