Easy Keto recipe for the family!


𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of green beans

  • 3 tbsp of avocado oil

  • Seasoning of choice: mixed (1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of parmesan, and set that aside for toppings

  2. Bake @375 F for 7-10 minutes

  3. Take out and top it with chili flakes, sesame seeds, and the remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan

  4. Put it in the oven for another 1-2 minutes

  5. Take it out and let it cool

Yes, it's that simple
