Ingredients
* 1 cup of almond milk
* 1/4 cup of heavy cream
* 3 tbsp cocoa powder
* 2-3 tbsp of monk fruit or sugar replacement
* 1/4 tsp vanilla or peppermint extract
Other low carb milk options:
* Coconut Milk
* Cashew Milk
* Soy Milk
Directions
1. Mix together the cocoa powder, and monk fruit!
2. Heat the milk, and heavy cream over medium-low heat. Mix in the cocoa powder mix!
3. Heat the hot chocolate until hit - remove from stove then add vanilla extract!
4. OR - mix it all and microwave for 2 minutes!
5. Enjoy
