Keto Chocolate Chia Frosty

A healthy, keto refreshing treat this Summer!

It’s not quite ice cream, and it’s not quite a shake… it’s a Frosty!


Who wants Chocolate for the summer?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 2 tbsp. Lakanto Powdered Sweetener

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, blend heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla extract.

  2. Spoon mix the mixture or use a blender until desired not-completely-frozen/not-too-melty consistency is achieved

  3. Freeze for about 30 minutes


That easy!
