Keto Chocolate Chip Muffin

Who needs a low carb chocolate muffin in their life?!? ✋🏻😍❤️ watch the video for a funny muffin joke! 😂



INGREDIENTS:

* 1 cup sour cream * 3 eggs * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract * 1 1/4 cup monk fruit * 2 cups blanched almond flour * 1/4 teaspoon sea salt * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda * 1 cup dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Line a muffin pan with 12 foil liners and grease the liners 2. Mix together the eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and monk fruit 3. Mix in almond flour till smooth 4. Mix in the salt and the baking soda, and chips! 5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin 6. Bake until the top is golden about 20-25 minutes 7. Cool the muffins, eat and enjoy!
