KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

Perfect for everybody!

Yummy, chocolate chips muffins for any occasion

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup sweetener your choice (I like MonkFruit, many uses Swerve)

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips divided (we use Lily’s brand) or other chips you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325.

  2. Line a muffin pan with 12 foil liners and grease the liners.

  3. Mix eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and sweetener.

  4. Then mix almond flour

  5. Fold the chocolate chips in, reserving about ½ oz of them to scatter on top of the muffins.

  6. Bake until the top is golden 20-25 minutes
