Who has fried up a radish before?


This is an awesome snack for the kids

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lbs. radishes, diced into small cubes

  • 4 Tbsp. butter (I used Kerrygold)

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or to taste

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • Pink Himalayan sea salt

  • Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Over medium high, heat butter until it starts to foam.

  2. Add radishes.

  3. Cook approximately 15-20 mins (more depending on size of cube.) or until soft.

  4. Add seasonings to taste and garnish with parmesan cheese.

That easy!
