Who has fried up a radish before?
INGREDIENTS:
1 lbs. radishes, diced into small cubes
4 Tbsp. butter (I used Kerrygold)
1 tsp Garlic powder or to taste
1 tsp Onion powder
Pink Himalayan sea salt
Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Over medium high, heat butter until it starts to foam.
Add radishes.
Cook approximately 15-20 mins (more depending on size of cube.) or until soft.
Add seasonings to taste and garnish with parmesan cheese.
That easy!
