Recipe:
*3 Tablespoons almond flour
*2 Tablespoons Monk Fruit or YOUR choice of sugar replacement
*1 Tablespoon melted butter
*1 Tablespoon heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
*1/2 teaspoon baking powder
*1 egg
*2 Tablespoons pumpkin purée
*1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
*1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Mix it all together and microwave 60 -90 seconds! Cover with frosting, Eat and enjoy!
Bonus Whipped cream!
Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Monk fruit and a splash of heavy cream.
