INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons coconut flour
2 Tablespoons almond flour
2 Tablespoons Monk Fruit
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 Tablespoon heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 Tablespoons pumpkin purée
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 mins
Or you can microwave for 60 to 90 seconds in a microwavable bowl
Add frosting
Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Monk fruit and a splash of heavy cream
