Keto Parmesan Chicken

A family favorite!

Our kiddos love it, and it’s a simple recipe!

Who loves Chicken and Parmesan?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups Riced Cauliflower (you can make your own or use frozen cauliflower rice)

  • 3 cups of shredded chicken

  • Oregano, Basil or Italian seasonings

  • 3-4 cups of marinara sauce

  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Layer your pan with rice, then chicken, add spices, sauce, cheese and top it with pork rinds!

  2. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes!

  3. Serving size: Serves 6
