Keto Salmon Patties

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can (14 ounces) salmon, drained and flaked

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cooking oil for frying (such as avocado oil or coconut oil)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, almond flour, egg, parsley, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Form the mixture into patties of the desired size, shaping them with your hands.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add enough cooking oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

  5. Place the salmon patties in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

  7. Serve the keto salmon patties hot with a side of green salad or your favorite low-carb dipping sauce.

  8. These salmon patties are packed with healthy fats and protein while being low in carbs, making them a great option for a keto-friendly meal.

They are flavorful, satisfying, and easy to prepare. Enjoy them as a main dish or use them in sandwiches or lettuce wraps for a delicious and nutritious meal.
