Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS


Prepare the Salmon:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. Prepare the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped dill.


Marinate the Salmon:

  1. Brush the lemon garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
