A new recipe for you!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/3 Sugar free chocolate chips
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/3 cup monk fruit or keto approved sweetener
1 large egg
1/4 cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
Topping (optional)
2 oz. cream cheese softened
4 t Monk fruit
1 t vanilla
1 T heavy cream or almond milk ( unsweetened)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix dry ingredients first then add wet ingredients.
On parchment paper, pat dough into a small/ medium size circle about 8x8.
Bake at 325 until lightly golden (approx. 10 mins.)
