Who wants a new recipe?
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds Ground beef
Garlic salt (garlic beef above to taste)
1/2 Onion diced
1.5 cup Tomato sauce
1 cup G Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce
4 tablespoons Tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown hamburger
Add in onion and garlic salt
Throw it all into a crockpot till it’s hot
Tastes and add in garlic or more BBQ sauce as desired
Serve on lettuce wraps, low carb wraps or our favorite, eat it with quest chips
