One-Pan Garlic Chicken Broccoli Pesto

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲: 𝗢𝗻𝗲-𝗣𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗶 𝗣𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp avocado or coconut oil

  • 2 Chicken breasts, sliced into strips

  • 2 Tbsp Fresh garlic

  • 1 Tbsp Salt and pepper

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

  • ¼ cup Pesto

  • 1 cup Tomato

  • 2 cups Broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, put in the chicken, and cook for about 2-3 mins (don’t overcook)

  2. Add in fresh garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir

  3. Then mix in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and pesto until evenly combined

  4. Next, bring to a boil and cook for about 7 mins

  5. Toss in tomatoes and then broccoli, stirring until cooked

  6. Remove from heat

  7. To serve, you can add mozzarella or parmesan on top
