Quick easy dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
2 c cooked rotisserie chicken
1/2 c sugar free BBQ sauce ( I used sweet n spicy G Hughes)
5 slices of cooked bacon
1 1/2 C sharp cheddar shredded cheese
1 tsp parsley (optional)
1 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spray 9x9 baking dish and pre heat oven to 350°
Shred up 2 c rotisserie chicken and place in bottom of dish.
Drizzle BBQ sauce over chicken.
Crumble bacon over chicken and BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over other ingredients.
Sprinkle parsley over top.
Cook until cheese is melted 15-20 min.
Serve with sour cream on top if desired.
