Simple Keto Avocado Salad

My friend Dani makes this amazing salad

Thought I would share it with you!


Whether you’re keto, vegan, vegetarian, or follow low carb, this is a great option for anyone.


INGREDIENTS:


  • 6 Avocado

  • 1 large English cucumber

  • 2 Roma tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil

  • 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar

  • 1 packet MCT 143 or 2 tbsp. MCT oil

  • (coconut oil)

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. 1 fresh squeezed lemon (juice)

  2. Pink Himalayan salt-to taste

  3. Mix together, chill for 20 minutes, top with raw almonds
