Keto Jicama Fries

Kids love this!

JICAMA Fries

INGREDIENTS:

  • Jicama already cut up from our local Kroger or

  • A whole Jicama and cut it up at home.


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place in a glass bowl for 10 min in microwave- tossed halfway through!

  2. Toss in a bit of olive oil, salt, garlic or Cajun seasoning...

  3. 5 min increments in air fryer at 400 degrees until desired crispness is achieved with tossing in between.

  4. Served with Heinz no-sugar added ketchup.
