It's been a great week! Who wants some treats?
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Strawberry
1/2 Cup Blueberry
3 Tbsp Monk Fruit (granulated)
1 Cup Cream cheese
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp protein powder (or unsweetened cream) (dissolved in 1/4 cup of water)
10 Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend separately
Cream Cheese filling 1. Combine Cream Cheese, heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp or monkfruit sweetener and protein powder(dissolved) 2. Blend for 1 min or until thick and ingredients are well incorporated
Strawberry 1. Blend Strawberry, 1tbsp of monkfruit sweetener, 5 ice cubes for 1 min
Blueberry 1. Blend Blueberry 1tbsp of monkfruit sweetener, 5 ice cubes for 1 min
** You can adjust sweetness, add or put in less sweetener
**Layer blended ingredients in a cup/glass either strawberry or blueberry first, cream cheese filling in the middle, and top either strawberry or blueberry
** Finish with whipping cream, you can sprinkle some chia seeds on top (optional)
