A simple and delicious low carb dessert for you!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cup PB
1/2 c of Swerve
CRUST:
1c almond flour
4 table spoons melted butter
1/2 cup Swerve (granulated)
4 table spoons melted butter
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the dry ingredients for the crust together.
Add the melted butter and blend.
Continue to blend until it becomes crumbly.
Press into the bottom of a pie pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 min.
After baking, let it cool while you mix the filling .
Add all the ingredients except the 1/2 cup of the whipping cream in a bowl. Mix well.
You can now add the 1/2 cup of whipping cream to smooth the mixture out.
*Optional Mix in sugar free chocolate chips "Lily's" .
Chill for a few hours or more
