The Keto tip today is "Go brush your teeth". Brush your teeth, shut the lights off in the kitchen. The kitchen is closed! It will save you snacking in the evenings or the afternoons. Grab some mint sugar free gum or a mint. Grab the pickle juice out of your refrigerator and drink some pickle juice. Your cravings are gone, you've got some electrolytes in your system, and you're good.

Hey! Welcome to the Keto mom page. My name is Stephanie and we are diving into two o'clock tasting and a Keto tip for you. Alright! So as you're tuning in, where are you tuning in from? I am tuning in from "Minnesnowta", I really shouldn't speak it. I keep joking about it. But let me tell you, today is the first day that feels like winter. And I might be exaggerating, but I'm not, hence the beanie because I'm freezing. The beautiful sunrise that I showed you this morning if you checked out my page. If you look at my stories and scroll at all three posts before this live video, you will see a most beautiful sunrise.
Then it rained and it got cold, the wind came gusting through and it is cold. I think it's snowing in South Dakota, and I'm in Minnesota. Where are you tuning in from? I have a question, and it's a very serious question.
Who loves the snow? We love to play in the snow as long as it's 19 degrees. I was born and raised in Minnesota, but we also lived in Oklahoma. We have lived in Florida, Kentucky, and now we're back in Minnesota. I love it here!
Don't get me wrong, I love Oklahoma, we love Florida when it's not summer, and Kentucky was great. Minnesota is fun, as long as the wind is not crazy. And if it's 19 degrees and above, you can play outside in the snow. Right now it's so windy, wet, and cold. So I suspect that we will get snow. Hey! I was going to ask you about the Farmers Almanac. We looked at it to see what this year's snow might look like. We might be in for a lot of snow... Anyways, we go snowboarding, sledding, and all the fun things. It got really cold today, we might start a fire...
So I'm going to give you one simple tip that you can do after lunch, or after dinnertime. You could even do this if you're sitting at the office and you're having cravings. If you don't want to be snacking, or eating that dessert after every single meal. If you were like me, I used to always have a dessert after every meal. I had to kick that habit goodbye years and years ago. I used to always make cakes. I used to always have a dessert after every single lunch and dinner. And clearly, I don't have to do this, it's not a very good habit... There is a trick that you can do, it might sound silly but I promise you a hundred percent.
Oh! I was supposed to draw for a winner today. Don't hate me! I promise, all the people that I've given free ketones to have gotten them or they have been mailed. So sorry! I was supposed to draw a winner for whoever shared the last video, I'll do that tomorrow.

Okay, here's the Keto tip. If you find yourself wanting to snack in the middle of the day, and you're not hungry. I always say "If you're not hungry, you don't need to eat". If you find yourself wanting to have something sweet after you have lunch or dinner, and if you feel like "That's me". You just ate something and you just need something, especially at nighttime, or your goal is to intermittent fast. So after dinner, you're not going to eat till 14 to 16 hours after, which is almost lunchtime the next day. I promise you, this is going to work. You can even keep one in your office or somewhere.
So right after lunch and dinner, "Go brush your teeth". The Keto tip today is "Go brush your teeth"...
You might be thinking "I tuned in for this?". Listen! It works! Like if you're walking around your kitchen, and you feel like you need a snack or a treat. I actually was just doing this, I was walking around my kitchen. It was two o'clock and my daughter asked "What are you doing?". I was like, "I think I'm hungry"... We homeschool our kids, we've got four daughters, and we're always home. I work from home, everything is at my home except when I leave my home. And I honestly was pacing and she's like "What are you doing?". And I told her, I think I'm hungry. I don't want to eat a Keto snack because I'm not hungry. I don't really want a handful of almonds, because I don't want almonds. She suggested I have some strawberries. But I hate fruit, I don't eat fruit. I don't need to eat anything, I seriously don't...
So I was about to go brush my teeth and I remembered I have to go do my two o'clock tasting and my Keto tip. I'll drink my ketones and this will help curb my cravings for the rest of the afternoon... But going back, it actually works! If you think that I'm crazy, try it. As soon as you're done eating your meal, bring your toothbrush, some mouthwash, and put them in your purse.
Try a tongue scraper too, I know it sounds weird. We scrape our tongues in our home, it also cleans our mouth. Go to your bathroom as soon as you're done with supper. Brush your teeth, shut the lights off in the kitchen. The kitchen is closed! It will save you snacking in the evenings or the afternoons. I promise you, try it!...
Somebody messaged me the other day and asked if she can have some gum, and I said to grab some mint sugar-free gum or a mint. She's said there's a carb on it. If the mint or gum keeps you from eating the Snicker bar, I'd rather have the one carb in a mint than the thirty carbs in a Snicker bar. Like, am I going to get super emotional, or have a bad moment and dive into the Snicker bar? Or am I going to choose some gum and I'm going to be just fine?. Also sometimes I put peppermint oil on my finger, and I put it on my tongue. It totally takes the cravings away a hundred percent. Here's one more and it's completely the opposite of brushing your teeth. This one actually gives you some electrolytes, here's a bonus tip. If you are craving something sweet, and you want to kick the craving plus get some electrolytes?
Grab the pickle juice out of your refrigerator and drink some pickle juice. Your cravings are gone, you've got some electrolytes in your system, and you're good. Okay! Brush your teeth or pickle juice. Either one works. And that is your tip to help with cravings, and to not dive into snacking mindlessly or eating a whole bunch of sugar. I promise you it works, and also ketones...
I normally give you the tip second, but I gave you the tip first. Okay! I drink ketones every day, and these help with cravings as well. They have helped me every single day for six and a half years. There's not a day that I have not drunk the product. It is a tool and not a magic pill. I have lots of different flavors, and I just got a new box in the mail today. I have been running ridiculously low.
I'm currently drinking Maui Punch. I love all of them, my favorite is Berry Blue. But I say that to all of the flavors I drink at that moment in time.

You and I are going to work on low-carb meals. You do not have to be strict keto, we're going to focus on your energy. I want to know how your focus is that day, your appetite and craving control is. The community is amazing. This company isn't just about ketones, we have a ton of education too. And so my goal is to help you reach your goals.
My goal is to ask, "What do you need?". Maybe you need some more water or some electrolytes. This isn't a one size fits all lifestyle.
My goals, the things that I eat, and how my body reacts to food. My body reacts differently to food than my husband's. So you can't follow your co-workers, your mom's, or your best friend's Keto diet... You actually feel great today, but maybe tomorrow you eat something, or you overeat dairy and you feel bloated. What did you eat? You tell yourself that you should be able to eat dairy because your co-worker does. But then you realize your body reacts to dairy and it's not great. So I'm here to help you with that...
We have caffeine-free and caffeine. There's caffeine because the caffeine helps with the uptake of ketones.

Alright! I'm going to let you go, and I'm going to go drink my ketones. If I was not drinking ketones, I would have either brushed my teeth to get rid of those cravings as I was pacing earlier. I have a pot roast in the crockpot for dinner. Hey, what are you making for dinner? I have a crockpot and a roast. We've got volleyball and church tonight, so we need to eat right before we go to church. Anyways, roast in the crockpot, and that's probably why I was pacing. I thought I was hungry, I wasn't, but I was smelling it.
Yes! If I was not drinking my ketones, you can sure bet my butt would be in that bathroom, brushing my teeth or drinking some pickle juice... First of all, I'm excited about dinner, so I should not be snacking before dinner because what a waste. Second of all, I'm really not hungry. So your bonus tip of the day, which I'll probably tell you every single day. "Don't eat if you're not hungry". Even if it's a Keto food or a low carb food, you can still overeat good food. Therefore you just get stuck at a plateau and you're not seeing the results that you want, and you're going to get frustrated. Don't do it! Alright, I'm going to let you guys go.
